The expert definition of intellectual is refers to creation of mind: inventions, literary, and artistic works, and symbols, names, image, and design used in commerce. An example of intellectual property will be using someone song or rhyme and not giving them credit or asking them permission if you can use it. Another example will be using quote and not giving credit the person that owns the quote that will be intellectual property.
